High Character In Character (Bx3 #30)

Previous comic (still incomplete!) - Next Comic (Chub gets locked out by KD)
I'm going to come back five years from now and write some comments about this week's NBA draft. That's the only way any analysis I have would be in any way accurate.

Now that I think of it, I should do a draft analysis based solely on the draftee's comedy potential. At least by that metric I think we saw some real talent. I should be able to get 2-3 comics out of the names alone.

2011 NBA Playoffs yearbook- round 1 (Bx3 #29)

Previous (finished) comic (Shaq's retirement) - Next Comic (the draft)

UPDATE: THIS COMIC IS CURRENTLY IN LOCKOUT MODE. I"M NOT FINISHING IT UNTIL THE LOCKOUT BREAKS!!! (convenient excuse, isn't it?)

Hey I replaced the image with this new abstract version. I'm never gonna finish the original.  I just can't find the inspiration to spend the hours to finish this drawing of the teams that lost in the first round, last year. No one ever makes cool art out of the people that don't win- so I thought I'd change that.  Cool right?

OK... Just hurry up and click the link to some other comic and let's forget that this ever happened.

A Statue of a Human is also a Human Statue (Bx3 #28)

Previous Comic (Hoopism special edition) - Next Comic (2011 Playoff Summary- in progress)
Shaq has retired. You heard it here 1,456,389th!

Bonus link: here's a nice life-lesson lesson ( I like using the same word twice in succesion wherever possible) from Professor Yago about what Shaq's free-throw shooting can teach us about how we view our own shortcomings.
